Sturdy for travel & Packable
Pictures- (1&2) the stand is holding a tenor sized Ukulele, unextended. Pictures (2&3) The stand is fully extended, holding a full sized Taylor Guitar. This is my second traveling stand, and I wish I would have spent the money and purchased it first! I wanted a light weight, inexpensive foldable stand to take to my weekly jam sessions, so I ordered a light plastic stand... BIG MISTAKE. It broke with in 3 weeks. The school of experience has taught me this: When you drop a few hundred dollars for a good guitar, you definitely don't want to trust a cheap flimsy plastic stand. I was very lucky that my guitar wasn't sitting on it when it broke! Reading all the good reviews on here, I decided to give this one a try. It is sturdy. The back is adjustable when I want to use it for my smaller travel guitar and ukelele. I don't think I would use this stand at home, as I have 2 older heavier stands that I rely on, but it has done well in the past 2 weeks. Will update and post pics as well.
