Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

It is a good device. Having said that mine is sharp a few cents on all notes. Confirmed against my A-440 fork, my Boss TU-88, and my StrobePlus HD. I'll contact the manufacturer to see If I can replace it or try another brand to get prefect pitch on all notes.
After purchasing and returning a Kratt Master Key pitch pipe from a local music store for being too sharp, I decided to try my luck on-line. This pitch pipe was half the price (not including shipping) and was accurate enough for my a cappella group to use on stage. Purchase price + shipping is 2/3 of the price of local music stores. I recieved this item much sooner than I expected, as well... I have no problem recommending this seller.
I used it for two different caroling groups this year and it worked flawlessly. Easy to hold on to and manipulate, even with gloves on. Easy to see with one high-contrast side and one embossed side even in dim lighting. Pitch was more accurate than the out-of-tune piano we tried warming up with. Forget a phone app and get one of these instead. It's a lot less fumbling around in the cold.
Note that it had a faint machine-oil smell and taste when it arrived, but I fixed that by carefully wiping it down with a damp cloth.
F#/Gb and G don't work well - I have to try multiple times, adjusting my lip shape and air input, to produce a sound, and even then the sound that comes out isn't always correct. But for my limited use I've not bothered with the process of returning/exchanging it. I've got more pressing needs in my day and can live contentedly with my 11 functional pitches.
As a singer I rely on mk 1 (f-f) and mk 2 (c-c). It gives a more rounded note to work from than close copies which have linked chambers which echo... The original. For me, still the best.

I bought this to use for my singing group. It is easy to carry in a pocket and durable. It is a necessity. It has the letter notes on the black side and the musical note on the silver side.
Sometimes a reed will get stuck, I think it is because it gets exposed to a lot of moisture but I have always been able to unstick it by blowing into the side opposite of the stuck reed.
I purchased this after I lost my 15 year old chromatic pitch pipe. I have been playing percussion for the last thirty years. I wouldn't purchase any other pitch pipe as a percussionist. I don't like the white cover on some of the pitch pipes that are purchased since you have to move it to the pitch before you can tune. As a percussionist, we know that we only have seconds to tune during a performance, so using this pitch pipe works faster. I also own a digital tuner, but during a performance, the sound of the timpani cannot be heard on the digital tuner so pitch pipe is the best hardware to use for all levels of percussionists. Would highly recommend for a beginner or a professional.
Purchased two identical pitch pipes for use in my barbershop singing groups. The Kratt Master Key F to F is the "old standby" when it comes to barbershop singers. The price was very competitive, too! Lastly, if a reed fails or something else happens to jeopardize the pitch pipe's use, it can be mailed to WM Kratt Co. and they will repair/replace parts for a nominal cost.
