15 customers mention10 positive5 negative

Customers are mixed about the appearance of the clarinet. Some mention it looks really good, maintains the same color and darkness a clarineist strives for, and the plates are cool. The plates beat me..
4 Stars
The plates beat me..
Now I'm not the smartest knife in the drawer but, I thought I could follow some simple instructions and change a plate.. 15 minutes later it stayed stubbornly unchanged. I took this personally as I slunk away defeated. One positive note throughout the profanity laced 15 minutes of me pressing hard on the bottom of the plate I didn't appear to damage the ligature or the screw so that's a plus.A negative point it seems to be a tad big for my mouthpiece.
