Then come to the rescue, the DEG A04-TT995 Mouthpiece Trueing tool! No instructions were included. So I just YouTubed mouthpiece trueing and there were some videos demonstrations made by an instrument repair tech. Inserted the trueing tool until it was snug. Used a non heavy wooden mallet/hammer and gently tapped the rod until the outer rim of the shank was true! You don't want to really tap the tool so far in that it gets stuck! To remove the tool, I gently tapped the side of the shank to break the tool loose.

Within 5 minutes of gentle tapping, I used a Watchmaker's hammer I got at Harbor Freight and used the clear plastic tip on it to round out the bottom of the shank. If you don't have a hammer like this, you could probably use a wood dowel between 1/2" and 1" in diameter, cut to about 10-14 inches long, or even a heavy drumstick You don't want to use a metal hammer, you want a plastic or delrin head on there and preferably not big. You could even use the handle of a broom or the handle side of a wood handled hammer or the handle of a medium to large sized screwdriver. It doesn't take a lot of muscle or effort to make the repair, just patience. Let the tools together do the work.
While this is a bit much to repair 1 mouthpiece, it's a lot less than taking it to a repair shop. Considering I will be working with a lot of student players and whatever they get to work with, this is a cheap investment. If I can do this repair for any brass instrument mouthpiece in a few minutes. with this tool, it's time well spent and money saved. The tool itself is just solid metal with no moving parts. It feels solid and designed to handle many, many repairs.
