This stand is simple and sturdy and looks nice in the room. Holds our PX160 very well. Was fairly easy to set up, and the piano is attached by screwing it on. I was worried at how thin the wood looked at first, but once everything was set up it felt great and the height is perfect. It's sturdy on wooden floor and shouldn't be problematic if you don't move the piano around a lot.
It is a little pricey for how basic it is but overall we're very happy!
Since the question was asked and not answered, this stand sits 26" high, and when you add the keyboard you will have 24.5" of clearance under it for your knees (the keyboard sits down into the stand) and the top edges of the keys sit at 29".
Putting the stand together was pretty straight forward. The instructions I found were simple, but gave you enough to go by, there really isn't much to it. Anyone that's put together a piece of Ikea or Target like furniture should have no trouble figuring this out. I've seen worse instructions.
Took about 20 minutes to put together by myself, 10 minutes to unpack and review the instructions and parts, 10 minutes to actually put together, 6 screws for the furniture pieces, plus 6 for the keyboard.
Quality? This is basic furniture. I have this on carpet. Yes it can tilt, but you really have to make some effort to make it tilt to falling over point. I've tilt this about 30 degrees forward and it rocks back.
Not really sure why it needs a metal crossbar under the keyboard. I do feel better that it does have this, but it's another piece to have to unscrew if I want to go mobile, I think I'd prefer if the metal bar was actually screwed to the furniture instead of the keyboard.
I did purchase the pedal crossbar which I'll include a review, but if you weren't going to purchase the pedal bar, it would of been nice to have something to support the bottom ends together. NOTE: Make sure you get the right one. For the PX350-M, you need the SP33 pedal bar, NOT the SP32.
There is a small groove between the keyboard and the top of the furniture which appears to be part of the design. This actually helps with keeping the fabric cover secure.
Using this with the Privia PX-350M
BTW, does anyone know the difference between the CS-67 and the CS-67P? For the PX-350M, the manual states to use the CS-67P, but I can't find a CS-67P on Amazon. When I google it, the links appear to take me over seas outside of the US.
