I'd accidentally gotten some thin glass slides, forget where. Couldn't stand them, was hard to get a full sound out of of them (for me anyway, might work fine for other folks), always worried they'd break at any moment.
I have two electric guitars - I got 3 chrome slides, 3 brass slides and 3 of these glass slides. One of each type goes in each guitar case, and one of each on the table where I practice - the set for the table allows me to have slides along when I grab either guitar, keep forgetting to toss them in the case.
I could get by easily with just one slide of any type, but it's nice having the range of different sounding types, fun to mess with. Anyhow great sounding slide, nice feel to it and comfortable to work with once I got the right size. Really can sound pretty nice once you get going with it or whatever.
