Author Elias Or-Haim has played the bouzouki since childhood, and studied in Greece with Dmitri Papadopoulos. One of the top bouzouki musicians in Israel, he is also a singer and composer. He is the founder of the Israeli Center for Bouzouki, and dedicates himself to the promotion of Greek music and of the bouzouki as an instrument. Elias teaches using the original Greek method.
