Etudes-78 Studies for Tuba were composed by Boris Grigoriev (1906-1978) a Russian Trombonist who trained many professional Tuba players. Requiring some mature technical knowledge these etudes would benefit to advanced students to professional players. Quite lyrical and with a strong Russian influence these studies have a low register work and cover all keys moving progressively to sharps and flats. Really enjoyed by Tubists these are a must-have for serious Tuba players who want to improve the quality of their sonority and their technique.
