These strings however, are magnificent. They're very noticeably unique, bearing a bright bouncy tone, and a clear ring wether you're sliding, or soloing, or anything else. I don't know how to describe it, but playing another guitar with any other strings feels like a different instrument. I don't plan on ever putting any other strings on my guitars(sans my classical)
Lastly, I've heard the downside to these strings is that they don't last very long. I've been using them on my guitar about a month now and they look a little worn, but I think they're okay. Who knows? I'll update any extra info about it later.

These sound great unplugged and of course when thru an amp. I order 4 more sets to try on my other guitars.
I just put a set on my Taylor, sound great plugged in or not. I am almost 80 yrs old with limiting left hand flexibility, and the softer feel on the 5th and 6th strings is appreciated and they don't give up any sustain or tone.
